The landlord, not the letting agent

Arkouda Property Limited is registered for other letting and operating of own or leased real estate (SIC 68209) and is registered at Cherry Tree Grove, North Wingfield, near Chesterfield.

Everything we let, we own or lease ourselves. We act as principal: we are not a letting agent, we do not act for other landlords, we do not market other people's property and we do not hold anyone else's money. When you deal with us you are dealing with the landlord, which mostly matters on the day something breaks.

We are not an investment business either. Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation or an inducement to acquire, dispose of or invest in property or in any investment, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You will find no yield figures and no projected returns here, deliberately.

What we aim for is a tenancy that is boring in the right way: terms in writing, costs stated before signing, certificates handed over, repairs dealt with, and inspections only with proper notice.
